Macaroni with cream sauce – Makaroona bashamale Recipe :
Ingredients:
- ½ kilo boiled macaroni
- ¼ kilo Assaj
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
1- Prepare the macaroni and assaj.
2- Prepare the cream sauce by mixing the 3 eggs then add milk, butter, salt and pepper to it and mix well.
3- Add the assaj to the macaroni and mix well. Put the mixture in a greased baking dish.
4- Pour the cream sauce over the macaroni mixture and mix.
5- Put it in a preheated oven until the top is brown.
6- Served with green salad.
