Light White Sauce recipe
Introduction :
Light White Sauce is a sauce used to make Cream Soup and Tomato Soup. Light white sauce is very easy and will lead you to having the best Egyptian food recipes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup broth/water
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
1- Boil liquid you have, broth or water.
2- Meanwhile heat butter then add flour and stir for 3:5 minutes with a wooden spoon. Don’t let flour’s color change.
3- Take off heat and gradually add broth/water while stirring.
4- Over low heat, place you saucepan and keep stirring. Let it boil for at least 5 minutes.
5- Add more broth/water if necessary until you get a desired consistency.
6- Now it is ready to be used making soup, or you can have it as a soup itself with by spicing it salt and pepper.
