<p><strong>Meat Loaf recipe : </strong></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>-          1 Kilo minced beef</p>
<p>-          2/3 : 1 cup bread crumbs</p>
<p>-          1 egg</p>
<p>-          Salt and Pepper</p>
<p>-          ¾ cup milk</p>
<p>-          ½ minced onion</p>
<p>Direction:</p>
<p>1-      In a large bowl, place minced beef.</p>
<p>2-      Add the bread crumbs, egg, and the minced onion to the minced beef. Add milk and mix it to make it meat dough. Spice it.</p>
<p>3-      In a greased rectangular mold, add the meat mix and grease the top with butter.</p>
<p>4-      Place it in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.</p>
<p>5-      Served on chopped parsley.</p>

<p><strong>Stuffed Pigeon recipe : </strong></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>-          2 pigeons</p>
<p>-          Salted water for boiling</p>
<p>-          2 medium onion</p>
<p>-          3 tbsp butter</p>
<p>-          Salt and pepper</p>
<p>-          ¼ tsp cardamom powder</p>
<p>-          1 cup grits</p>
<p>-          Pigeons’ livers</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1-      Clean pigeons and spice with salt, pepper and cardamom.</p>
<p>2-      Prepare stuffing by washing grits then place it in a bowl and cover it with cold water. Leave it for an hour.</p>
<p>3-      Drain grits well.</p>
<p>4-      Chop 1 onion and pigeons’ livers into small pieces and add it to the drained grits.</p>
<p>5-      Heat 2 tbsp of butter then add the grits mix to it and stir. Spice with salt and pepper. Leave for ten minutes over low heat.</p>
<p>6-      Stuff the pigeons with grits and sow the openings so the stuffing won’t fall out.</p>
<p>7-      Boil the salted water then add the stuffed pigeons. Lower the heat.</p>
<p>8-      Add the other onion and cover until the pigeons are done.</p>
<p>9-      Drain pigeons off the water and leave it aside until it cools a little.</p>
<p>10-   Heat the rest of the butter and fry all sides of the pigeons.</p>
<p>11-   Serve on chopped parsley. Served with <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Egyptian Rice</span> and another dish like <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://egyptianrecipes.net/molokhia" target="_self">Molokhia</a>.</span></p>

<p>-          ½ kilo minced meat</p>

<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1-      Spice meat with salt and pepper then add the minced onion, lemon juice and the chopped parsley. Add the egg and mix well.</p>
<p>2-      Put the meat mixture in a baking dish and make a whole in the middle of the meat mix.</p>
<p>3-      Put a piece of foil paper in the whole you made and add 1 tsp butter in it.</p>
<p>4-      Heat coal until completely red then put it over the butter you added on the foil paper.</p>
<p>5-      Cover it well and leave it for an hour.</p>
<p>6-      Shape it in rectangular shapes – finger shapes- and grill it.</p>

<p>-          ½ kilo minced beef</p>

<p>-          1 tsp dried mint</p>
<p>-          Frying oil</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1-      Wash rice well. Drain until completely dry then put it in blender until it’s almost a powder.</p>
<p>2-      Add the rice powder, chopped onion, and parsley to the minced meat.</p>
<p>3-      Spice meat mixture with salt and pepper and mint. Mix well.</p>
<p>4-      Shape it like little balls and fry it in oil.</p>

<p>Zalabia or zlabia  is one of the most famous traditional Egyptian desserts that are really famous in Egypt.</p>

<p><strong>Zalabia recipe :</strong></p>
<p>Sweet Syrup Ingredients:</p>
<p>-          3 cups sugar</p>
<p>-          1 ½ cups water</p>
<p>-          Lemon juice</p>
<p>-          Vanilla</p>
<p>Zalabia Ingredients:</p>
<p>-          1 cup flour</p>
<p>-          3/4 cup water</p>
<p>-          4 cups oil</p>
<p>-          1/16 tsp salt</p>
<p>-          1 piece (or powder is better) of yeast.</p>
<p>Sweet Syrup Directions:</p>
<p>1-      Dissolve the sugar in water in a medium saucepan.</p>
<p>2-      Add lemon juice and vanilla then bring to boil.</p>
<p>3-      Reduce the heat and let it slowly boil for 8-10 minutes.</p>
<p>4-      Remove from heat and put it aside.</p>
<p>Zalabia Directions:</p>
<p>1-       Mix the yeast in the 2/3 cup of water.</p>
<p>2-      Add flour and mix until it is dough.</p>
<p>3-       Cover it and leave the dough in a warm area for about 2 hours.</p>
<p>4-       Heat the oil and with a small scoop, take from the dough and fry until it is gold.</p>
<p>5-       Add the hot fried Zalabia in the cold syrup.</p>
<p>6-      Now it is ready to be served.</p>
